12/10/21 – This is an excellent example of a Femaru Model 37 issued to the Luftwaffe in 1941. It is all matching and has the proper waffen Nazi military acceptance proof on the left side of the trigger guard. There is a police “Eagle L” proof on the right side of the trigger guard that we do not believe is original to the gun. On the right side of the slide, there are British proofs and a “Not English Make” stamp. The gun has retained about 96% of its finish. There is very minor wear around the high edges of the slide and around the muzzle. There is some very light freckling and few tiny dings on the grip straps. There are some small handling marks along the slide and some small spots of discoloration, especially on the right side. Comes with excellent wood grips and a mismatched period-correct magazine. The bore is near-mint.
