11/22/21 – This is an exquisite and rare Party Leader Walther PPK in the original, matching box with original holster, belt and buckle. The gun is all original finish and MINT. The serial (174xxxk range) dates it to 1938 which is in the correct range for the issuance of the Party Leader “Honor” Grip. The grip is excellent as well with no visible cracks. However, nearly all PPK grips from that era will have tiny stress fractures and are to be expected if the grip is real. This grip is guaranteed to be real. The pistol also features a rare, original night sight. It comes in the original factory box, which is numbered to the gun. Unfortunately the lid of the box has clear tape added to the exterior. The rest of the box is in original condition and shows age without looking “beat up”. It has correct pink interior. The guns comes with one finger extension magazine and one spare flat bottom magazine. The box also has the early cleaning tin (some denting on the exterior) with the original oil bottle and horse hair inside. The original cleaning rod is present with the original factory cellophane. Finally, it has an original manual dated 4/1939. This boxed gun comes with an excellent and original Party Leader belt, buckle and holster. The belt and buckle are RZM marked and maker marked. The Party Leader holster is Akah marked with a strong, original, Party Leader eagle on the top of the flap. Overall an assembly that you just never see together, let alone of this quality. Quite possibly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
