11/19/21 – This is a minty example of a Springfield Model 1903. The receiver dates to 1925. The barrel is High Standard-marked and dated November of 1944. It has a rarely-seen Redfield adjustable rear peep sight and an adjustable-aperture front sight. The stock has a “P” proof and an “AAO” arsenal rework marking on the left side. The gun has retained most of its parkerized finish with some light handling marks on the barrel and on the floor plate. The stock is minty with a few minor dings here and there. Comes with an excellent green canvas sling. The bore is mint.
