11/9/21 – This is a WW2 era production conversion kit for a K98 rifle. The kit is complete with everything required to turn a K98 rifle into .22 caliber. The barrel and bolt assembly is eagle/77 proof stamped and matching serial numbered. The blued finish is excellent overall despite some mild finish loss. No rust or pitting. Clean bore has minimal signs of previous use and excellent rifling. The base plate is also matching numbered and proof stamped. Fully functional.
