11/5/21 – This is an original WW2 Kriegsmarine U-Boat Jacket and vest. This jacket and vest at one point was part of a grouping with a Kriegsmarine sword and cap, offered as part of Thomas Johnson’s collection. This lot sold in 2011 on Rock Island Auction. Unfortunately, the cap and sword have been separated by a previous owner. However, the good news is we are sure this is an original jacket and vest. They are both in great condition with no holes or stitching issues. the buttons are all excellent. The interior is clean. Minimal staining and signs of previous use.
