9/27/21 – This is a like-new example of a Smith and Wesson Model 48-4 revolver manufactured in 1980. This one has a rare 8 and 3/8″ barrel. Chambered in .22 MRF. It comes with the original matching-numbered box, owners manual, and multitool. The gun is in mint condition, retaining virtually all of its high polish finish. There are just a few very tiny handling marks on the barrel and a faint roll mark on the cylinder. The case-hardening is still in tact on the small parts. The cylinder is tight and the action is smooth. Comes with excellent wood grips. The bore is mint.
