6/14/21 – This is a nice example of a Czech CZ Model 38 manufactured in 1939. Guns in the approximate 250000 – 291000 were Czech proofed and issued to the Nazi military. This one is technically outside the range but very close and may have been issued to the Nazis. The gun is all matching, dated 1939, and has the proper Czech proofs. It has retained roughly 70% of its finish. There is spotty wear on both side of the frame and front strap. Minor wear on the high edges of the slide. There are areas of pin-pricking on the right side of the frame. Comes with an excellent grip (no chips or cracks) and a period-correct magazine. Mint bore.
