6/14/21 – This is an original late WW2 variation P.38 magazine. The left side of the frame is “jvd” stamped, while the right side is “P.38 U” stamped. The U stands for unhardened metal which was a late-war manufacturing technique used to speed production. Spine is stamped with Eagle 359. The spring is excellent and fully functional. The original blued finish is dull with no rust or pitting.
