6/8/21 – This is a rare, original 1940 P.38 holster from WW2. These early P.38 production holsters are amongst the hardest to find for collectors, and this is definitely an original. The back leather is maker stamped, dated, waffen proofed, and P.38 stamped. The p.38 stamp is faint yet still visible. The only downside to this holster is the belt loops are replaced, and there’s evidence of this holster once being riveted, and then repaired. See photos. the black leather is otherwise in good condition with no major damage and all intact stitching. Priced accordingly.
