5/27/21 – This is a minty example of a Smith and Wesson Victory Revolver that was initially issued to the US military during WW2. It was then issued to the West German police force after WW2. It is matching and has both post war West German “Eagle N” proofs and a German “Geco” proof. There is a police unit marking on the back strap. It is in minty condition, retaining about 98% of its parkerized finish. There is just a hint of wear around the muzzle, on the high edges of the cylinder, and a light roll mark on the cylinder. The cylinder is tight and the action is smooth. Nice grips with a hairline crack in both sides. Minty bore.
