6/2/21 – This is an excellent example of a Remington Matchmaster 513-T that was issued to the U.S. Military, presumably as a training rifle. Code on the barrel dates it to 1942. Barrel/receiver are marked US PROPERTY. Stock has Remington cartouche (RA), as well as crossed cannon cartouche and FJA inspectors mark. Also is SA marked, indicating it went to Springfield Arsenal at some point. Redifeld aperture rear sight. Excellent bore. Parkerized finish shows minor wear on the barrel but is in great condition overall. Bolt handle has a bit of rust on it.
