5/8/21 – This is an original WW1 era Imperial German Officer’s sword. The sword pommel is a lion head with ruby eyes. There is some mild wear throughout the blade but the nickel plating is in great shape overall. No signs of sharpening or misuse. The handle is in good condition with some of the wiring only slightly loose. The scabbard has most of the black paint intact with only some mild discoloration. No dents.
