2/22/21 – This is an original Vetterli Model 1871 that was issued to the Swiss Army in the late 1800’s. The gun is fully functional and mostly matching – the bolt is mismatched. Fully functional. Most of the finish on the barrel is in tact, but there is patina and spotty discoloration throughout. The receiver is thin, and there is spotty oxidation. The stock is excellent with minor dings and dents here and there. The bore is minty.
