2/19/21 – This is a shooting award Hirschfanger, named to “H.A. Maeurer” as inscribed on the blade. The blade is double etched and excellent, as shown. There is also a distinct Eickhorn maker marking. The stag handle has a DJV emblem affixed on one side. No notable flaws on the grip or blade. The scabbard is in great condition as well with some mild wear and it appears the small screw on the reverse / lower metal piece has been replaced. The frog is reproduction.
