11/3/20 – This is a very nice example of a Mauser Model 1910, manufactured in the 1920’s, chambered in .25 ACP. It is all matching and has a “Germany” export mark, indicating it was likely sold to the international commercial market. It has a “triangle in circle” marking on the tang. As of now, the meaning of this marking is unknown, although some say it has a connection to the Portuguese market. It has retained somewhere between 85 and 90% of its original finish. There is minor muzzle wear and wear on the high edges of the slide. The most noticeable wear is a large area of discoloration that can be seen on both sides and top of the slide. It comes with a very nice period-correct grip and period-correct magazine. The bore has decent rifling, but there is minor pitting throughout.
