10/12/20 – This is a British Enfield No 4 Mk 1 Rifle, manufactured in 1942. This particular example is in mint, almost un-issued condition. The gun is all matching and has “B over 66” markings. From research, we believe these are Canadian acceptance proofs. So it was likely made in England and exported to Canada. This could explain the “10L9467” numbering on all the parts. The gun has retained almost all of its finish. The stock is excellent, just a few handling marks throughout. The bore is mint. It comes with a tan canvas sling.
