10/9/20 – This is an excellent example of a Sauer 38h, manufactured toward the end of WW2. This is evidenced by the fact that this gun completely lacks proofs. It is in excellent condition, retaining about 95% of its original bluing. The profile views are near-mint – really nice looking gun. There is very minor wear on the high edges of the slide and very minor thinning on the straps. There is also some brown patina showing through on the straps. It comes with excellent period-correct grips and one magazine. The bore is mint.
