9/18/20 – This is a “dummy” Thompson M1928A1 Submachine Gun. It has WW2-era parts but the receiver has been demilled, so it is a non-firing gun. The charging bolt and safety lever are fixed, but the stock release, mag release, and full auto/single switch all move. It comes with a correct WW2 magazine filled with dummy .45 ACP cartridges. It also comes with a “US” marked tan canvas sling. Overall, the gun is in excellent condition, they are just a few very light scratches and handling marks here and there. This would make an awesome conversation piece! No FFL required.
