7/24/20 – This is a 1920 DWM commercial Luger that was completed with Navy style toggle. It’s all matching and original with maybe 80% of the blue remaining. Nice profile with standard high edge wear, but most of the finish loss and patina is on the straps. Safety recess is marked ‘SAFE’ and there’s an export mark so this one was made for the US market. The grips show some smoothing and are unmarked but fit perfectly. Magazine has aluminum body and base is Germany marked on the bottom. Bore is shiny and clean but does have minor frost. Comes with commercial holster that is made by Audley and has a 1914 patent date.
