7/7/20 – Great condition 2nd Model Luftwaffe Dagger from WWII. Includes a port epee and hanger accessories. There are no hanger straps. The blade is in great condition and remains bright but has a few age spots in the surfaces and minor scabbard wear. No evidence of sharpening. maker marked “SMF SOLINGEN”. Blade washer / stopper still in place. The steel scabbard has minor silvering wear, and a very miner dimple near the bottom. The cross guard has good detailing throughout the bird and swastika. The grip is intact with no chips or cracks. Pommel is tight and secure. Portepee has some minor fraying, but completely intact.
