8/4/21 – This is a near-mint Remington M1911A1 from the very end of 1943. The original finish rates at 98+% with just a minor spot of finish wear on the trigger guard and slight thinning of the grip safety. All markings are correct. Minty grips and bore. ‘L’ marked magazine. ‘HS’ barrel. Comes with an original holster that was produced by Warren Leather Goods Company. It’s in excellent condition aside from two small holes in the front flap, which look like it may have been embellished with some sort of pin at one point.
