3/3/20 – This is an original WW1 U.S. trench fighting knife with the original scabbard. The knife is made by L.F.&C. and the scabbard by Jewell. The blade is 1917 dated and the scabbard 1918. The blade still has almost all of the original blued finish in tact, with only surface scratches from the scabbard. No signs of sharpening and minimal use wear. The scabbard has some aging and use wear as well but no major flaws. completely in tact and original.
