1/28/20 – This is a beautiful Smith & Wesson M1917 revolver that was issued to the US Military in 1918. The revolver has a beautiful profile view, with an area of finish loss on the left side of the frame that wraps underneath. Majority of finish loss otherwise is on the grip frame, though there is some wear along the top of the frame. Barrel is United States Property marked. Right grip panel is hand numbered and matching to the gun. Terrific bore. Gun comes with an original US marked holster that was made by Sears.
