11/1/19 – This is an original WW1, DWM Luger P.08, made in 1918. Overall, this pistol is in excellent condition. We would rate the original blued finish ~95%. Most of the finish loss is on the side plate, around the muzzle, on the rear of the right side of the frame, and one small area on the bottom of the front strap. All numbered parts are matching. No import marks. The grips are numbered and are original to the gun. They are in excellent condition. The gun also comes with a period-correct mag, but the serial does not match the gun. Oddly enough, a sear safety has been added, but there are no signs that the pistol has been reworked or issued to the police-arsenal. The gun is fully functional. The bore is in great shape, 8.5/10. C&R eligible.
