8/7/19 – This is an original Femaru model 37 holster made with both canvas and leather. These holsters were often used by the D.A.K. (Afrika Korps). The holster is maker stamped on the back belt loop “cdc” with a 41 date stamp and luftwaffe eagle proof stamp. The eagle proof is very faint, but still visible if you look closely. The canvas has some light staining and signs of use / aging but is completely in tact. The leather similarly has signs of aging and light surface wrinkling but no cracking or major issues. There’s an interior ink stamp but this is faded and not completely visible. The stitching is all original and in tact with no issues.
