7/30/19 – This is a near-mint Walther PP in the original, matching box with manual, cleaning rod, Walther tin and spare magazine. The pistol retains 99% of the original high-polish blue, with just a hint of edge wear and a spot of finish loss on the bottom of the back strap. Mint bore with excellent grips and finger extension magazine. The frame has a lanyard ring attachment, which often denotes Swedish police contract, and the box also has a Stockholm inkstamp on it. The box is in good condition, though there is an inch long piece missing on one side. Serial dates this one to 1940, so it has Eagle/N proofs but is still high-polish blued. Manual dated to April of 1939. Cleaning rod is still in the original wax paper. Spare magazine in minty condition.
