5/26/19 – This is an original, 1940 production WW2 MP.40 magazine. The magazine is the early, more scarce “slab side” style. One side is M.P. 38u.40 stamped. The spine is waffen proofed with WaA815 stamps and “98E” maker stamped with a ’40 date. The spring is strong and fully functional. Follower is also waffen stamped WaA637. The bluing is mostly intact, but there are a few spots of wear on the sides.
