10/1/18 – This is an original early variation Walther P.38 magazine. The spine of the magazine has two eagle/359 proof stamps, as opposed to just one stamp seen on most. The magazine is all original with a fully functional spring. However, the follower is the only internal part that’s eagle/359 proofed (price reduced accordingly). The floorplate and base plate are both unmarked, yet WW2 era original. There’s minimal bluing loss on the magazine frame, but the base does show a little more significant bluing loss and wear. There’s no serial number on the base. Guaranteed original.
